Abstract deadline: 2 May 2025 | Speaker notification: 15 May 2025
We are pleased to invite you to submit abstracts for presentations and posters. Selected contributions will be allotted 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions. There will be dedicated poster sessions with a session for poster flash talks lasting 3 minutes. Additional questions and comments can be addressed during the 1 hour moderated discussion sessions at the end of each morning and afternoon.
Abstract guidelines and review:
Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Organising Committee with a suggested word limit of 250 words. Contributed abstracts not selected for an oral presentation will be considered to present a poster. The deadline for abstract submission is 2 May 2025 and speakers will be notified by 15 May 2025.
The primary reviewing criteria will include the scientific merit of the abstract and its relevance to the themes of the conference. We strongly encourage early career researchers and particularly welcome applications from women, in line with the Wilhelm and Else Heraeus Foundation's commitment to equal opportunities!

The number of participants is limited to 80!
